EVENING

Weak moist currents from Arabian sea is penetrating in central parts of the country. A shallow westerly wave is also present over upper parts.

Mainly hot weather is expected in most areas of the Punjab province while, windstorm with isolated rain-thunderstorm is expected in Murree, Galliyat, Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum, Chakwal, Mianwali, Khushab, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Jhang Gujrat, Gujranwala, Lahore, Mandi Bahauddin, Sialkot, and Narowal during evening/night. Rain-wind/thunderstorm is expected in Kashmir during evening/night.

Rain-wind/thunderstorm is expected in Kashmir.

Rain wind-thunderstorm occurred at scattered places in Attock, while at isolated places in Jhelum,, Rawalpindi and Layyah districts. The weather remained hot and dry in all other districts of Punjab province.
