A westerly wave is affecting upper parts of the country and likely to persist during next 12 to 18 hours.

Rain-windstorm/thunderstorm (with isolated hailstorm) is likely in Lahore, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Narowal, Mandi Bahauddin, Sargodha, Murree, Galliyat, Rawalpindi, Attock, Chakwal and Jhelum, however Cloudy weather with intermittent rain-wind/thunderstorm is expected in Kashmir and surrounding hilly areas. Duststorm/gusty winds are expected in southern districts of the province.

Hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the region.

Rain wind-thunderstorm occurred in Kashmir and most districts of the Punjab Province. While, the weather remained dry in all others districts of the Punjab Province.
