A continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. However, shallow westerly wave is affecting upper parts of the country.

Cold weather is expected in most districts of the province, While partly cloudy in southern/central districts. Cold and partly cloudy/cloudy weather is expected in Kashmir, Murree, Galliyat and surrounding areas, while very cold weather is likely during night. Smog (while Shallow fog in patches during night hours) is likely in Sialkot, Narowal, Lahore, Sheikhupura, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Jhelum, Faisalabad, Sahiwal, Multan, Khanewal, Layyah, Kot Addu, Bahawalpur and surroundings.
